Our cosy guesthouse in a quiet, sunny and central location. You stay in spacious guest rooms with bath or shower/WC, balcony, breakfast buffet, W-Lan (WiFi) free of charge in all rooms, cable TV, radio and mini fridge.  Enjoy in the cosy breakfast room, TV lounge, sauna, terrace, playroom and spacious car park in front of the house.

The Lermooser outdoor swimming pool and various guided hikes with "Bergsport Total" and using the climbing hall in Ehrwald (only summer time) are included in the room rate.
