In the event of a cancellation, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking. If the guest does not arrive, the full booking price will be charged.
Prices & Taxes
All prices are in Euros and include 10% VAT, excluding local tax (3.00 Euros per person per day from the age of 15).
Short Stay Surcharge
For stays of up to 5 nights, the high season price or short stay surcharge applies.
Dynamic Pricing
Our price list on the website and on platforms is calculated using dynamic pricing.
Final Cleaning Fee
Due to the additional time required by our cleaning team, a final cleaning fee will be charged for the Tajablick and Comfort Room categories with kitchenette, as well as for the holiday apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
