Payment options for the guest

You can pay the invoice amount for the room as follows: preferably in CASH we also accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, EC cards.

Our price list on website and platforms is calculated using dynamic pricing.

For Summer 26 and Winter 26/27 we need a deposit of 50% from the whole room amount. You will get a information after booking confirmation. 

Check in: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM or from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Please note: Outside of these check-in times, we ask you to inform us of your arrival time! We are happy to check availability for a check-in outside of the times we have specified. Thank you for your understanding.

Check out: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Final cleaning fee: A final cleaning fee is charged to cover the extra time required by our cleaning team for the Comfort room "Tajablick" and Comfort room categories (with kitchenette) as well as the holiday apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

Short-stay surcharge: the high-season rate applies for stays of up to 5 nights. 

Cancellation policy

Not cancel free of charge
- In case of cancellation at any time, the guest will pay an amount equal to the total price. In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking
